For restaurant partners: Click on the Register option at the top right corner of the webpage. For riders: Install the mobile app and complete the registration within the app
Riders need to provide the proof for eligible to work as self employee in UK and relevant documents for food delivery (eg: vehicle details and insurance if motor vehicle is used). For restaurant, owner/ manager who is registering with us and accepting our T&C and privacy policy, need to provide proof of identity.
The fundamental delivery fee to rider is automatically calculated based on the travelling distance. You have the flexibility to adjust the fee further if required. The detailed fee-distance chart, available in the restaurant dashboard, illustrates the fees payable to the rider. Additionally, DeliverGuys imposes a handling fee of 50p for each driver request.
